Things to know before you apply...

- Coastal Housing Group is a housing association

- Coastal Housing will not accept applications from people who have a tenancy with another housing association or local
   authority within Swansea, Neath and​ Port Talbot (exceptional circumstances will be considered)
 
- An assessment will need to be carried out to determine if you qualify for accommodation with us

- You will need your National Insurance number and income details

- Only apply for properties suitable for your household make up in an area you would consider living in
 

 
  How we allocate immediately available properties
 
- All qualifying applications will be assessed and up to 5 applicants will be shortlisted by the Community Housing Officer. 
 
The aim of the Group is to make an allocation decision based on bringing the greatest benefit to the applicant and to the community. Managing allocations is a complex issue, with many competing demands on the Community Housing Officer to make an allocation that is sustainable, appropriate, affordable and in the interests of both the individual household and the local community.

Welsh Housing Partnership
We also have homes through our Welsh Housing Partnership scheme. If you are employed with a household income in excess of £17,000 per aunnum you may also be able to apply for one of these homes, which are also advertised on Rightmove.
