How to find our Swansea office

 

The Rent Management Team, can take payments, set up direct debits and answer general questions about your rent account. They can be contacted via 01792 479200 and by pressing option 1 for the Rents Management Team.
They are available:
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Fridays: 9am – 4.30pm
Your housing officer will still be your first contact if you are struggling to pay your rent. You can find more information and support here.

Need to report a repair?

If you need to have a repair dealt with, you can call our schedulers on our dedicated repairs line on 01792 619400 who can book an appointment for you over the phone, you can also report a repair using the online form below.

Out of hours emergency

If our offices are closed and your request is urgent you can call our out of hours emergency line on 01792 619400 and press option 1.
