How to find our Swansea office

The Rent Management Team, can take payments, set up direct debits and answer general questions about your rent account. They can be contacted via 01792 479200 and by pressing option 1 for the Rents Management Team.

They are available from 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4.30pm on a Friday.

Your housing officer will still be your first contact if you are struggling to pay your rent.

Need to report a repair?

If you need to have a repair dealt with, you can call our schedulers on our dedicated repairs line on 01792 619400 who can book an appointment for you over the phone, you can also report a repair using the online form below. We are open Monday – Thursday 8am – 5:30pm and Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

Out of hours emergency

If our offices are closed and your request is urgent you can call our out of hours emergency line on 0845 680 8888 (calls cost up to 4p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge).
