Our Swansea office  and hubs in Neath and Port Talbot will be closed to the public for the foreseeable future. If you have any queries, please contact us by telephone, email or using our social pages on Facebook and Twitter.

Hub opening hours: 10am- 4pm Monday – Friday (The hub is closed on Thursdays)

Need to report a repair?

If you need to have a repair dealt with, you can call our schedulers on our dedicated repairs line on 01792 619400 who can book an appointment for you over the phone.

Out of hours emergency

If our offices are closed and your request is urgent you can call our out of hours emergency line on 0845 680 8888 (calls cost up to 4p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge).
