Featured Developments

Gwynfaen - Penyrheol, Swansea

We’ve joined forces with another Swansea housing association, Pobl Group, to build 144 high tech, zero carbon homes in Penyrheol, Swansea.

The homes will be built to very high levels of thermal efficiency and use a combination of solar panels, battery storage and heat recovery to provide residents’ heating and electricity needs. Homes will be available to rent or buy and the development will also feature a community green and a ‘community hub’ building.

Gareth Davies, our Executive Director of Development at Coastal, said: “The climate crisis has highlighted how government and industry need to change; funding and delivering zero carbon homes at this scale demonstrates the will that exists amongst Coastal, Pobl and Welsh Government to lead that change within the housing sector.”

Clos Yr Haul - Ammanford
We recently completed 6 low-carbon locally sourced timber framed homes in Ammanford with our developers Western Solar, using funding from the Innovative Housing Programme.
The homes are 100% powered by electricity, incorporating solar panels on the roof which reduce energy bills for the residents.
