We are looking for an Assets Officer who has an eye for detail and a good broad view of surveying practices and building fabrics.  We need an Assets Officer who likes working on their own and enjoys being out and about meeting people and gathering information.  You will share our values, be a great team player and be happy to use your own initiative and organisational skills to manage your own diary and get the job done. You will have the opportunity to provide input and help shape the way you work as well as have opportunities for growth and personal development.

What’s the role about?

We need someone who can survey dwellings and buildings and has an eye for defects and issues that might effect the buildings performance.  We need someone who is IT articulate and can work with various database systems preparing and reporting on the extent of works formulating our way forward.

We also will need someone with the artistic flare that can remodel properties, prepare the schedule of works and deliver the project out on site.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Assets Team, the Asset Officer will be required to undertake the Surveys which underpin the main databases of the team.  These include, but not limited to, the duties of Stock Condition Surveys, Energy Performance Surveys including lodging to landmark, Welsh Housing Quality inspections and uploading to the sections systems
