The Coastal Tech Team
We are not like any other housing group, and as such neither are the tech team – which supports it every day to achieve our ultimate goal of helping communities thrive. Our team is comprised of three distinct functions: Business Systems, Infrastructure and the Service Desk. Together, we collaborate with the entire organisation in order to deliver great digital experiences to our colleagues in ‘The Coastal Way’.

What does great look like?
As a business analyst in Coastal Housing you’ll need to work with every department keeping in mind that our residents are our customers. You can engage with any area of the business to encourage improvement and challenge existing processes in an adaptable, friendly way. Problem solving is something that you excel at as well as organising and creating plans. You are driven by helping people. You employ critical thinking and precision in all aspects of your work.

Who are Coastal?
You know what we do, but how does it actually feel to work here? Our staff care as much about each other as doing the right thing by our residents and stakeholders. We are open – in terms of our values, and even our physical workspaces. Our execs don’t sit in offices, we all work together. Diverse teams being able to interact freely makes working here a creative, and sometimes unconventional experience – but a greatly rewarding one if you are as outgoing as us. To champion regeneration, prosperity and our communities we need you to be bold, compassionate and focused on the details that make what we do at Coastal exceptional.
