Work will soon get underway to create new homes and parking facilities at the existing car park on Eversley Road in Sketty.

We have exciting plans to create 13 new apartments on the site, which will continue to offer parking spaces for local people after construction completes.

Coastal was granted consent for 17 homes on the site, but we have since revised plans, meaning no demolition works need now take place. New dedicated parking spaces for the homes being built will also be created.

We’re currently carrying out due diligence which requires on-site investigations. Further consultation with the local community will take place prior to the main works commencing.

The existing car park will be upgraded as part of the works and in future will include dedicated disabled spaces for the first time. Coastal is committed to environmental sustainability so we are also exploring whether secure bike parking and EV charging facilities can be offered at this location.
