Resident Satisfaction Survey 2023

The 2023 resident survey is here! If you’ve received an invite to take part, please share your views with us. You’ve also got the chance to win one of ten £50 vouchers!

Your feedback is important to help us understand if you’re happy with the services we offer and the way we deliver them. It tells us how we need to improve and what changes we need to make.

All the feedback we receive is used to identify improvements and to shape how we deliver services in the future.  To keep the survey results anonymous we appoint a company called Knowledge Partnership to run it for us.

As a result of the feedback from the last survey we made a number of changes to the way we work for example;

You said: 33.1% of residents told us they were satisfied with how Coastal dealt with anti-social behaviour.

We did:  The survey identified anti-social behaviour as an area that needed improvement. As a result an intervention was launched where we gathered feedback from residents. This resulted in us changing how we deal with reports of anti-social behaviour. We have also recently created a new Community Safety Team who are committed to working alongside residents and partner agencies to prevent anti-social behaviour in our communities further information can be found here Community Safety – Coastal Housing Group (coastalha.co.uk)

You said: 65.2% of residents agree they have a say in how services operate.

We did: As part of the survey, we asked you if there were any areas of the business you would like to be involved with.  As a result we have sought your views on a number of key areas including our approach to sustainability, rent setting, office opening hours and performance improvement. We also have a new Engagement Strategy to drive this work forward. If you would like to be more involved, please let us know by emailing us at ask@coastalha.co.uk
