We will continue to exchange information about you with Experian while you have a relationship with us. We will also inform Experian when your tenancy has ended and if you have outstanding rental arrears Experian will record this outstanding debt. Experian will hold your rental data for the time limits explained in CRAIN (section 7). Rental data falls into the Identifiers (e.g. your name, address, date of birth) and financial account categories (i.e. tenancy account, rental payment information).

Please bear with us over the next few weeks as we make changes to our housing management service. This means next week we will have a number of phone line closures:
Monday 2nd February – Our Customer Services line for RCT will be closed alongside our Rent Management Team
Tuesday 3rd February – Both our Customer Services lines will be closed from 10am-2pm
Wednesday 4th February – Our Rent Management Team will be closed
Thursday 5th February – Our Customer Services line for Swansea will be closed from 9.30am-12pm
During this time you can still contact our repairs service as normal.
From Monday 9th February we will be moving to one number and no matter where you live, you will be able to call Customer Services, Repairs and Rent Management Team on 01792 429700. We will also be launching our new website www.beacon.cymru
Our housing management service will also be operating a reduced service from 2nd – 13th February.
These changes will mean an improved service for new and existing residents.
