How can I make a payment

Pay by Direct Debit

The easiest way to pay is by setting up a direct debit. Just give us a call us on 01792 479200 and we can get you sorted.

You can call us Monday – Thursday 8.00 – 5.30 or Fridays 8.00 – 4.30. If you’d prefer, visit one of our offices in Swansea, Neath or Port Talbot.

Pay on the Coastal App

Yep we have an app for that! Download the Coastal app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and you can pay your rent right there in the app. You can also view your rent statement, repairs history and update your personal details.

No smart phone? No problem! You can use the app in a computer browser too and do all the same things.

You’ll need some details from our Customer Services team when you register for the app. Just give them a call on on 01792 47920 and, after answering some security questions, they can give you these over the phone.

Pay over the phone

You can make payments using our automated payment line by calling 0330 041 6497. You will need to have your Allpay reference number and debit / credit card to hand. If you don’t have your Allpay reference number, contact us on 01792 479200.

Pay using Allpay

If you have an Allpay card or Allpay reference number you can pay online at www.allpay.net, at any Paypoint location or Post Office.

Receive Housing Benefit or Universal Credit?

If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit you can have this paid directly to us.

Universal Credit is paid directly to you, so if you receive this, it is your responsibility to pay you rent. If you have difficulty making payments please contact us.

In person

Unfortunately our office are temporarily closed so you will be unable to make payments in person.

However, when our offices are back open, you can pay in person at Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot.

How can I check my balance more frequently?

  • Get the Coastal app for your smartphone and check your balance whenever you like
  • Text BAL to 07775 654775 and we’ll reply quick-as-you-like with an up to date balance
  • Call us on 01792 479200 between 8am and 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am and 4:30pm Friday.
  • In person at our hubs in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot.
