The Rent Management Team, can take payments, set up direct debits and answer general questions about your rent account. They can be contacted via 01792 479200 and by pressing option 1 for the Rents Management Team. The team are available from 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4.30pm on a Friday.

How can I make a payment

Pay by Direct Debit

The easiest way to pay is by setting up a direct debit. Just give us a call on 01792 479200 and press option 1 for the Rent Management Team.

They are available from 9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 4.30pm on a Friday.

 

Pay over the phone

You can make payments using our automated payment line by calling 0330 041 6497. You will need to have your Allpay reference number and debit / credit card to hand. If you don’t have your Allpay reference number, contact us on 01792 479200 and press option 1.

Pay online using Allpay

If you have an Allpay card or Allpay reference number you can pay online here, at any Paypoint location or Post Office.

If you’d like to order an Allpay card, contact us on 01792 479200 and press option 1.

Receive Housing Benefit or Universal Credit?

If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit you can have this paid directly to us.

Universal Credit is paid directly to you, so if you receive this, it is your responsibility to pay your rent. If you have difficulty making payments please contact us.
