On the first day of the COP27 climate summit, we’re launching our new sustainability strategy. This has been developed with staff from across the organisation over the past 12 months and also draws on the results of our first external environmental audit by SHIFT Environmental.

Coastal has a history of working in ways that minimise our impact on the planet, as evidenced by our SHIFT Silver accreditation. However, the new strategy sets out how Coastal will take #AllPossibleAction to manage the climate crisis to ensure the wellbeing and existence of future generations.

The strategy places collective responsibility on everyone at Coastal to ensure we are not only working in ways that limit our impact on the environment but actively taking steps to make sustainable choices, improve biodiversity and engage others in change.
