Public Services Ombudsman

If you are unhappy with the way we handle your complaint, you can refer the matter to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales. However, the Ombudsman will only consider cases that have already been through Coastal’s internal complaints procedure, so your first stop should always be raising the issue with us.
