We have a  one bedroom  flat available in our over 55’s scheme at Tower Court, Townhill, Swansea.

It is a small one bedroom flat suitable for one person only.   It has a walk in shower, applicants must demonstrate a need for this adaptation.

The flat is on the first floor, there is lift access.

There is a communal lounge on the ground floor and communal outside space.

There is parking available on site although spaces are not guaranteed.

The rent includes heating and water charges. The flat has electric storage heaters.

Coastal Housing Group is a Housing Association – all applicants will need to go through an eligibility assessment.

In order to complete our assessments, we will ask to see the following documents if we arrange to meet you in person

  • Last 3 months bank statements for all accounts held per person
  • Proof of income documents (this could be proof of benefits you’re receiving from DWP)
  • Last payslip per person
  • Proof of occupancy per person
  • Proof of ID per person
  • Former & current landlord details
