Residents moving into our 6 semi-detached eco-homes in Pennard and some of our team recently met with the Down to Earth Project, who partnered with us on the build, to find out how the eco technology in the homes works.

Constructed using local materials and skills, these homes are an example of how the overall cost of running a home can be significantly reduced through an eco-home design and technology.
