After 5 years of loyal service, Roger Williams FInstLM took the decision to stand down as the Chair of Coastal’s Housing Group this year to focus on his other business interests. Roger has committed his time and extensive knowledge of the Housing Sector to the strategic direction of Coastal Housing Group and board since 2017.

Roger has Chaired Coastal through the last few significantly difficult years when as a business we faced unprecedented challenges due to COVID19. Board members, senior executives and staff across Coastal and Pennant express their immense gratitude to Roger for his time as Chair and former board member, and for the passion and commitment that he showed during his time at Coastal.

We all wish Roger all the very best for the future. Roger is currently a Business Advisor at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
