Ena Lloyd

Non-Executive Director

Ena has spent most of her working career in the Welsh public sector. Starting off in the Environment Agency Wales and its predecessors, she was instrumental in setting up the corporate review processes. Following that, Ena moved to what is now known as Audit Wales, where, with a colleague, she set up the Good Practice Exchange team, which has developed an approach to sharing good practice across public services in Wales. This led to a significant shift in the role of Audit Wales (and its predecessors) and has been recognised as effective and innovative by stakeholders across the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Ena has now set up her own bilingual coaching and consultancy, working with organisations that want to engage with different communities.

Ena feels housing associations are instrumental in enabling better partnership working across public services by ensuring people are at the centre of all they do.

Ena is extremely excited to be part of Coastal’s board.

Ena lives in North Cardiff and enjoys travelling worldwide, walking and yoga.
